Had a small running board installed. Pre paid and they charged me for about an hour of labor since that was the expected amount of time to do the install. Turns out there was frame damage under the truck and the one hour job took four hours. No fault of theirs. We had no idea there was damage. When it was done I took out my credit card to pay for the additional labor that was involved. They wouldnβt take any extra money because they already quoted me and they wanted to stick to their previous labor quote. I was ready to pay but they said no. Incredible customer service. Iβd give more than five stars if I could. Highly recommend!!

This is a great shop. I bought a base trim Bronco about a month back and knew going in that I was going to want to upgrade the tires. The guys helped me find the right upgrade that would fit. There was a small hiccup with one of the pressure sensors that was remedied at no cost. I would recommend to friends and family and will use them again for some of my further upgrades.

They defaced the American flag. I brought my new gen GMC here to get bed lined. It was supposed to be a 1 day job. After multiple machine failures with their sprayer (nobody's fault), I got my truck back 4 days later. Walking over to the truck on pick up, I could immediately tell it didn't look right. The new bed liner is wrinkled/ waved, there are numerous clots/ pebbles in the bed liner, and there are spots that the bed liner was peeled up exposing the paint. They sprayed over drain plugs sealing them in, and I am missing about 4 drain plugs. As soon as I use the bed, I can imagine whatever material I am moving will catch the raised splatter and peel everything up. There are scratches above my wheel well. There is adhesive, scuffs, and bed line splatter on the bedsides and bedside emblems that I now need to call a body shop for. I assume the correction itself will be equal to the cost of the bed line job. All of this I could overlook until I saw that they defaced the American flag. That white rectangle on the back glass in the photos, is an American flag. It's hard to imagine whatever caused this didn't affect the sticker directly adjacent to the flag. I'm going to label this mal

Had upper control arms installed on my vehicle needed to correct the geometry and help get a perfect alignment. Dropped off the vehicle the night before and picked up the following afternoon. The vehicle drives great and don't have to worry about premature tire wear.

Another great job by Mike and his team at Truck Guys in Weymouth, MA!! I had them do a spray-in bed liner last Fall, and then had them do a 2 inch lift on the front and swap out the original tires for slightly larger Falken Wild Peak tires this Spring. Couldnβt be happier with the job they did! Their knowledge about the pros and cons of the different tire brands and models was extremely helpful in getting me what I wanted: an aggressive looking tire that would be super quiet on the road and great in the snow. They also did a super job lifting my daughterβs Jeep Wrangler and helping pick out new wheels and tires for it back in 2015!!
